No tear newspaper by Andy Dallas and Mark Mason
I have used this trick all my life. I still tell the story of how my Mum doesn’t want me to be a magician and she cuts out ‘proper’ jobs out of the newspaper. These are shown and read out. Improvise on the various benefits and otherwise of the jobs. Eventually say I do’t want a proper job I want to be a magician… Fold out the cut papers and reveal the newspaper. Below is not my favourite routine and I’m sure you’ll see why but at least you can see what happens:
