One handed paper reader gag
Glue the newspaper on and it looks like both hands are holding it, but then you lower the paper to look over the top at the audience and different things happen to your head each time eg a different hat, funny glasses or the clockwork face set provided. (The eyebrows and tache go up and down). I thought I had a bag fixed to the back somehow in which all the various props hid. It’s not there now, but you could fix one. Such fun to play with…. Not sure the photo does it full justice! I think I remember Tommy Cooper doing it sometime, but then he tried most things.
